At Codenixia, we offer both digital and physical learning products.
This policy describes how our online courses, software, and physical learning materials are delivered to our customers.

🧩 1. Digital Course Access

  • Upon successful payment, students receive login credentials for the Codenixia Learning Portal within 24 hours.

  • Course access details and instructions are automatically sent to the registered email ID.

  • For live instructor-led programs, batch schedules and joining links are shared at least 24 hours before the first class.

  • In rare technical cases, activation may take up to 48 hours. If access is not received, please contact support@codenixia.com.

🧩 2. Physical Product Delivery

  • Some Codenixia courses may include physical materials, such as:
    software DVDs, pen drives, printed study kits, tablets, or other related items.

  • Physical products are generally shipped within 3–7 business days of confirmed payment.

  • Delivery time may vary by location, courier service, and inventory availability.

  • A tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS once your shipment is dispatched.

🧩 3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is free for most orders within India unless specified during checkout.

  • International shipping (if applicable) will be charged based on actual courier rates.

  • Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

🧩 4. Delivery Issues or Delays

  • If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please notify us at support@codenixia.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Replacement or redelivery will be initiated based on courier confirmation.

  • For undeliverable addresses or repeated failed deliveries, re-shipping charges may apply.

If your course includes both digital and physical components:

  • Digital access will be activated first (within 24 hours).

  • Physical materials will be shipped separately via a reputed courier partner.
