Welcome to Codenixia, a brand operated by Rostris Verse Pvt. Ltd.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Codenixia’s website https://codenixia.com (“Site”) and the educational services we provide. By enrolling in a course, logging into the LMS, or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Scope & Eligibility

  • These Terms apply to all students, visitors, and users who enroll in courses or access content on Codenixia.

  • To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel access to anyone for reasons including policy violation, misuse, or misconduct.

2. Enrollment, Payment & Access

  • Course access begins only after successful payment.

  • You will receive login credentials and access to course materials, live classes, recorded sessions, and assessments.

  • Each enrollment is valid for up to 9 months from date of payment. After expiry, you may be required to re-enroll.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of verified duplicate payments as per our Refund Policy.

  • We may update course content, schedule, or instructor assignments; such changes will be communicated in advance.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

  • Use your login credentials responsibly. You must not share or transfer them.

  • Misuse, cheating, plagiarism, or distributing course materials in unauthorized ways is strictly prohibited.

  • If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to terminate your access without refund.

4. Technical Requirements & Liability

  • You must use a device and an internet connection that support video streaming (minimum specs recommended).

  • Codenixia is not responsible for session disruption due to your device, connection, or power issues.

  • We aim to maintain reliable service but are not liable for downtime due to maintenance, force majeure, or third-party outages.

5. Intellectual Property & License

  • All content, course material, images, videos, slides, assessments, and related IP are owned by Codenixia (Rostris Verse Pvt. Ltd.).

  • You may only use them for personal educational purposes. No copying, sharing, resale, or redistribution is allowed without written permission.

  • Violations may result in immediate access termination and legal consequences.

6. Updates, Changes & Notifications

  • We may update these Terms, services, and policies from time to time.

  • Updated version will be posted on https://codenixia.com with an updated “Effective Date.”

  • Your continued use after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

  • Before initiating any legal action, you and Codenixia agree to attempt to resolve disputes via email at support@codenixia.com.
