🧾 Refund & Cancellation Policy — Codenixia (Rostris Verse Pvt. Ltd.) [Final v3.0]

At Codenixia (a brand of Rostris Verse Pvt. Ltd.), we deliver instructor-led live training and structured online learning programs.
This policy ensures fairness to learners while maintaining operational consistency and instructor commitments.

🧩 1. Fees, Validity & Refund Conditions

  • All course fees paid to Codenixia are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

  • Each enrollment remains valid for a maximum of 9 months from the date of payment. After this period, access will automatically expire and re-enrollment may be required.

  • Refunds apply only in cases of duplicate payment arising from a technical or payment gateway error.

  • Approved duplicate-payment refunds will be processed within 45 working days, after deduction of applicable taxes and gateway charges.

  • Once a student has attended any live class or accessed course material, no refund will be granted under any condition.

🧩 2. Attendance, Progress & Certification

  • Students must maintain a minimum of 90% attendance and complete all learning progress milestones to qualify for a Participation or Completion Certificate.

  • Certificates are issued only upon successful course completion, verified attendance, and instructor approval.

  • Students failing to meet participation or conduct standards may be deemed ineligible for certification.

🧩 3. Class Schedule, Rescheduling & Unforeseen Delays

  • Codenixia may reschedule classes in unavoidable circumstances such as trainer illness, network outage, or extreme weather.

  • Rescheduled sessions will be conducted in the earliest available slot — refunds do not apply in such cases.

  • All schedule or batch updates will be communicated through the registered email or WhatsApp number.

🧩 4. Technical Requirements

  • Students are required to maintain a properly configured laptop/desktop and a stable high-speed internet connection to participate in sessions effectively.

  • Codenixia shall not be liable for missed or interrupted sessions due to individual technical issues or connectivity failures.

🧩 5. Code of Conduct & Disciplinary Actions

  • Students must maintain respectful communication with trainers and peers at all times.

  • Any attempt to share, resell, or distribute course content, recordings, or login credentials is strictly prohibited.

  • Codenixia reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any student for misconduct, misuse of materials, or violation of policy — without refund.

🧩 6. Refund Processing Procedure

  • Approved refunds (for duplicate transactions) will be credited to the original payment method within 45 working days.

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@codenixia.com using your registered email ID.

  • Refund approvals are subject to validation by the Codenixia accounts and compliance team and shall be final.
